Contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel through any of our official customer service channels. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

: Size Does Not Fit

You may exchange for another item or convert the purchase value into store credits with no expiration.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

: Incorrect or Defective Item Received

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange pickup.

Please contact us with photos within 3 days of receiving your order.    

Return Conditions

Returns must meet the following conditions:

- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

- Free from fragrance, body odor, detergent or smoke smell

- No stains, pulls, pilling, or visible damage

- Original tags attached, with complete packaging

If the return does not meet these conditions, the item will be returned to you at your own cost.

Non-Returnable Cases

- Return requests made after 3 days

- Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use

- Missing tags or incomplete packaging

- Items marked as non-returnable (e.g. innerwear, sale items)

- Items not purchased from our official store
